Aditi Sinha, Esq. is a Staff Attorney at Disability Rights New Jersey, where she advocates for the rights of individuals with disabilities through legal representation and education. She joined Disability Rights New Jersey in April 2026 and has been grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the organization’s legal team to serve the community while growing as an attorney. She graduated from American University Washington College of Law in May 2025 and took the New York Bar Exam in July 2026. Aditi is also a proud Rutgers alumna, having attended Rutgers University for her undergraduate studies, and is excited for the opportunity to connect with the Rutgers School of Social Work through this program.
