NaKaisha Tolbert-Banks, DSW, LCSW, is a Doctor of Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who champions mental health and wellness through private practice, higher education, and grassroots advocacy. As a national and internationally known speaker, she has a deep commitment to speaking on topics regarding equitable care, as she advocates for and creates sustainable programs that support healing in BIPOC and under-resourced communities. As a published author and host of My Feelings Over Tea Podcast, Dr. Tolbert-Banks shares insights that blend clinical expertise, lived experience, humor, and heart.
