Supervising online presents a number of challenges for the Supervisor, many of which we are just beginning to understand. This webinar will focus on Preparation for On-Line supervision, the possible effects of technology on the supervisory relationship, the development of Supervisory Protocols, and the need to incorporate  a supervisory meeting structure that considers boundaries,  cultural dynamics,  and  the  socio-economic impacts  that  technology  has on  the supervisory communication and the supervisory relationship.
