Social Media is a BIG part of adolescents' lives. This webinar program looks at the newest trends in social networking as well as the warning signs that providers, parents and caregivers should be informed of. In this program participants will be introduced to common social media sites; laws in accordance with social media usage ; strategies to restore life balance with youth ; signs and symptoms if your child/teen are being affected by social media and referral resources if additional support is needed. To earn CE credit, social workers must log in at the scheduled time, attend the entire course, and complete an online course evaluation. Certificates of completion will be emailed within 10 business days of course completion.
