Being able to successfully manage differences and challenges in supervision is a hallmark of the clinically prepared supervisor. In this interactive webinar some of the major reasons for challenges in supervision are discussed, with the addition of providing tools for the supervisor to think about using for preparing for possible difficulties. Besides preparatory tools, participants will also have the opportunity to develop strategies for dealing with specific challenging behaviors in small group discussions. *This is a full-day webinar, 9:30am - 3pm. Attendees must attend the entire day to receive a certificate of completion.

To earn CE credit, social workers must log in at the scheduled time, attend the entire course and complete an online course evaluation. Certificates of completion will be emailed within 10 business days of course completion.

This is a standalone webinar. It can also be taken as part of a four-webinar series to meet the New Jersey 20-hour clinical supervision training that is required for LCSWs to supervise LSWs seeking to obtain their LCSW.
