Biography
Christine Heer, JD, MSW, LCSW, DVS, been practicing Social Work for 30 years. She specializes in victim assistance services and diversity. She graduated law school in 2001 and specializes in family law, and specifically mediation and collaborative law. She also specializes in professional responsibility for mental health professionals. She has chaired the NASW Ethics committee. Christine has been an educator for 24 years and have provided educational programs for groups such as social work professionals, lawyers, judges, Licensed Marriage and Family therapists, human resource professionals, police officers, and many other groups. She has previously taught at Rutgers New Brunswick, Rutgers Camden, and Essex County College. She continues to teach for the Office of Continuing Education and the Victim Assistance Academy at the Rutgers SSW. She also teaches for the collaborative partnership of New Jersey Coalition for Battered Women, DCPP and Montclair State University. Notes
