Every organization has it’s own giving history, philanthropic values and expectations. In order for any non profit to thrive, the culture of philanthropy needs to create an environment in which donors are engaged, excited and committed. A culture of philanthropy asks all members of the organization to understand, prioritize, encourage, model and celebrate philanthropy. This workshop will help participants assess their organization’s current culture of philanthropy and identify ways to strengthen and enhance philanthropic engagement including creating a strong Legacy giving program.
