Adrienne Robertiello, BS, ACDS, is the Specialized Health Care Educator and Interim Autism Program Coordinator at Children’s Specialized Hospital. She is a national leader in disability and neurodiversity education, accessibility, safety, and interdisciplinary systems collaboration. Her work focuses on improving inclusion, access, participation, and safety practices for people with disabilities, special healthcare needs, and access and functional needs within healthcare, education, emergency response, recreation, workplace, and community settings. She has developed and led statewide and cross-sector initiatives related to disability inclusion, including safety education, neurodiversity-affirming practices, emergency preparedness, and accessible community engagement. Adrienne regularly provides education, training, and consultation for people with disabilities, family members, caregivers, healthcare systems, schools, emergency responders, community organizations, and public agencies, with a focus on practical implementation strategies that improve inclusion, access, participation, and safety outcomes.
